Reclaim Trauma Therapy

Where I Practice

Where I Practice

Secure video only. There is no waiting room, because there is no building. Licensed in Kentucky and Ohio.

Telehealth, and Why That Is the Whole Practice

I do not keep an office anywhere. Every session happens over secure video, which means your location within a state I am licensed in decides whether we can work together, not your distance from a particular parking lot.

You can attend sessions from the privacy and comfort of your own home or confidential space.

The Two States

Kentucky

From Louisville and Lexington to counties where the nearest trauma-trained clinician is a long drive on a two-lane road.

Online therapy in Kentucky

Ohio

Cincinnati, Columbus, Cleveland, and the mill towns and farm counties in between, on a schedule that works around shift work.

What You Need on Your End

  • A private space where you will not be interrupted for the length of the session. A parked car counts, and plenty of people use one.
  • A device with a camera, held or propped steady. ART uses eye movements, so the screen needs to stay still.
  • A connection good enough for video. If it drops, we have a plan for that before we start.
  • To be physically located in a state where I am licensed at the time of the session, which is a licensing rule rather than a preference.

What This Is Not, and When It Is Not the Fit

  • Not in-person therapy. There is no office to visit and no address to come to.
  • Not available if you are physically outside a state where I hold a license on the day of the session, including while traveling.
  • Not the right format if you have nowhere private to sit or no reliable connection. Tell me at the consultation, and we will be realistic about it.
  • Adults only, by secure video in Kentucky and Ohio.

This is not a crisis service.

If you are in crisis, please call or text 988, call 911, or go to your nearest emergency room. ART is not appropriate during active psychosis or acute crisis. Individual outcomes vary.

A free fifteen-minute consultation, wherever you are sitting.

Video or phone, no charge. We can use it to check the practical side as well: your state, your schedule and whether the setup on your end will work.
