What Happens in a Session
We agree on one target. You hold it in mind while I guide sets of smooth horizontal eye movements. The first pass is about the physical side of the reaction, the tightening somewhere between the throat and the stomach that arrives before any thought does.
Once that settles we work on the picture, and you choose what replaces it. The events of your life stay factually intact. What changes is how much of your body the memory recruits when it shows up.
You do not have to say the details out loud. I need to know the target and how it is moving, which is a much smaller ask than a full account.
Why Video Matters Here From November On
Cleveland has a long stretch of the year where an evening appointment means dark streets, lake effect coming across sideways, and a decision about whether the drive is worth it. Consistency is what makes trauma work go anywhere, and consistency is exactly what a February commute erodes.
Working by video removes the weather from the equation entirely. It also removes the parking garage, the elevator, the sign-in sheet and the twenty minutes on either end of the hour.
Sessions are 60 minutes, or up to three hours as an intensive. Intensives suit people who would rather do concentrated work in one sitting than defend a weekly slot through a whole winter. No session count is promised.
There Is No Cleveland Office
Not in University Circle, not downtown, not in any suburb. Telehealth only, adults only, private pay. You need to be physically in Ohio or Kentucky at session time, in a private space with a device that stays still.
