The Method in Plain Terms

ART pairs a specific memory or image with sets of smooth horizontal eye movements. We take the physical charge down first, the part you feel in your chest or your stomach, and then we work with the image, which you are able to replace with something you choose. What happened stays known. The way it shows up uninvited is the target.

Each session is contained. We agree on what we are working on, we work, and we check before we stop. You do not have to describe the content out loud for the protocol to run, which is the piece that makes it workable for people who have to be functional again by the next morning.

A Two-State Life, and Why It Matters Here

Northern Kentucky is one of the few places where the licensing question is a practical one rather than a formality. You may sleep in Fort Thomas and work in downtown Cincinnati, or live in Burlington and spend your shift at the airport. People cross the river twice a day without thinking about it.

For our purposes what matters is where your body is during the appointment, not where you live. I hold licenses in Kentucky and in Ohio, so either side of the river works, and taking a session from your car in a lot in Ohio on a lunch break is not a problem. Being anywhere outside those three states is.

That flexibility is the reason a lot of people here choose video over a local office. The schedule does not survive a mid-afternoon appointment plus a bridge at rush hour.

There Is No Office

Not in Covington, not in Florence, not anywhere. Every appointment is by secure video, adults only, private pay. You need a private space and a device that stays still, since the work depends on eye movements.
